We’re Open!
It has truly been a pleasure to see those faces again! Well, at least the part of the faces we can see around the masks.
Nevertheless, our Residents, their families and friends, and our many volunteers are slowly coming back into Sacred Heart. They can again touch without the glass separating them. We are still being proactive and careful. It will be a little longer before things look totally normal again.
It’s so nice to see our volunteers helping at meals, prepping the food, and providing needed company to everyone. The Association Jeanne Jugan helped with our St. Joseph celebration last week.
For now, we have to “imagine” the ear-to-ear smiles. All of us have become better at recognizing what’s going on under the masks.
All of these changes give us hope, just as the Easter Season does for believers in Jesus Christ! Thanks for keeping us in your prayers! You remain in ours!
