A warm April day beckoned several of our Residents outdoors recently to enjoy the springtime temperatures and to have some fun playing in the dirt. Nourishing soil was spread around flowers that survived the winter and weeds pulled to make room for new growth. Tomatoes, strawberries and bell peppers were planted that will surely make an appearance in the main dining room at a later date. The plants will be watched over, nourished and eagerly anticipated by the group of gardeners who participated in their rooting. Warmer weather is finally here and our Residents are ready to go outside and play!
