Archbishop Emeritus Oscar Lipscomb celebrated his 85th birthday with a Mass at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, and a reception at Sacred Heart Residence on September 20.  Earlier this year, he celebrated his Diamond Jubilee as a priest for 60 years.
